What made me choose this industry?

Well, it’s because I have a bunch of Airbnbs, you guys. And part of the reason why I invested in Airbnb and real estate is because I’ve always believed that money... will eventually go to shit. I’ve always believed that it’s just numbers on a screen. And the government is always going to be printing more of it. Which means the cash itself gets less valuable by the second. But when it comes to real estate and land? The government can’t print more of it. They can’t print another apartment. They can manipulate the numbers all day long... But they can't delete a concrete wall.

So that’s why I understand this market a little bit. But the funny thing is, even though I know a little bit a about it (because obviously i’m running it), It seems like I’ve never looked at Airbnb as a way to get customers, and nobody does, let’s be honest, most of you guys are watching this, we always look at Airbnb as the business itself. it’s basically you might have an apartment, you put it on Airbnb, people book it, you make money, and that’s all. but what what if the actual business isn't the apartment at all? What if the actual money is in the problem every single one of those apartments creates?

Think about it. An Airbnb is just a house or an apartment, and that house or apartment constantly breaks down and gets dirty. A guest might book a weekend, they leave Sunday. Another one comes Monday. Between those two guests, somebody had to do something completely ordinary which is: physically strip the beds, wash the towels, restock the coffee, clean the place, get everything ready again.

Who does that? Well, it’s definitely not the host, it’s independent cleaners or cleaning agencies.

See, 99% of people who run Airbnb never clean their own apartments, and the reason is obvious. If they bought an apartment as an investment (especially if luxury), they most likely have another job that pays, so they outsource. And when they outsource, they only have two choices: independent cleaners or cleaning agencies.

Independent cleaners are basically people that they know from their network (friends, family, whatever). Or a cleaning agency. A cleaning agency already has cleaners, so they handle everything and they take a cut for managing it for them.

And this is where the industry becomes interesting for us, because the cleaning agency needs more Airbnbs. That’s literally how they make money. They’re constantly running ads, constantly talking about how good their service is, constantly trying to get in front of more hosts, because that’s the one thing their entire business depends on: more customers.

So here, what we can do is capitalize on that need and sell the cleaning agency exactly what they spend all day trying to get anyway: Airbnb hosts.

But, not too fast, because we’re gonna hit a wall, and that wall is what if the Airbnb host already has one?”

Well, good for them, then we don’t need that person. We’re skipping those, because what we care about are new hosts that are just entering the market, because these are the people who are still figuring all this shit out..

OK, Makes sense but shit, another blocker: how do we even know this?

How do we even know or find the new hosts that are just entering the Airbnb market, well, there is a solution, see in the US, people that want to do Airbnb and start renting have to register the property with the city first. And those registrations are public records. Anyone can read them. It even shows people who are still applying, and people who only registered recently. So the city is basically telling us: “Hey, this person is trying to start an Airbnb right now.”

It exists inside the cities’ own open data, completely free, and almost nobody knows about it. And right now, you can easily pull more than 60,000 service companies and more than 5,000 live Airbnb host inboxes. which means now we have the person who needs the cleaning agency and the cleaning agency itself, which naturally fixes all our problems, which means the offer can finally be built:

And the offer for the cleaning agency is “I’ll bring you newly registered Airbnb hosts in your area who are still setting up their properties and need somebody to handle the cleaning.” & We’re charging $2000 for the introduction.

My plan to do this (obviously not manually)

So, we have the offer right now, we know exactly our customer which is gonna be the cleaning agency that wants access to the Airbnb hosts, we also have a high level of how we’ll find both sides, but can we do this automatically in a way that takes us ~15 minutes?

Yes we can because no one wants to go to some boring open data, copy companies manually, copy the inbox, that will take hours and honestly not worth the $2,000, because in life we can do stuff that is much more fun than squinting our eyes on the computer at some old government website, we can do other stuff, like going out or spending time with friends etc, etc.

DOWNLOAD HERE: So I built you guys a Skill inside Claude Code that does all of this for you. You can literally tell it: “Give me new Airbnb hosts in Louisiana and cleaning agencies that can serve them.” And it gives you both sides. And it gives you the copies too (for both sides) & basically does everything for you.

So the plan is:
