So for the industry, I'm picking nursing.

And it's an industry that I would call pretty much saturated, because a lot of people doing lead gen, think GTM agencies, AI agencies, marketing agencies are already going for it, and what they sell is usually the same version of “we’ll book you meetings,” “we’ll get you leads,” or “we’ll install some vague AI for you.” But the problem is, in 2026 and beyond, none of that is actually special anymore. Everyone is selling the same thing, so if you walk into this industry saying “hey Peter I can book you appts” or “hey Peter I built you an AI system,” They're gonna to be like, "Well, so was the guy that pitched me like two days ago, or literally this morning."

But hey, check this out you guys! That is actually fantastic for us, that is a feature, not a bug, because if you can come in with a completely different angle, which we’ll do live in this video, you’ll cut through all that noise and instead of selling Peter some more meetings or more “AI” that he doesn’t care about, we will simply sell peter what he already wants…

And what does Peter actually want?

Well first, it’s worth understanding how the nursing industry actually works, you guys, because once you understand that, everything just clicks. And trust me, it’s quite straightforward:

You have for ex: a nursing home, and all they do is look after old and sick people who can't live on their own anymore, day and night, that's literally their entire job.
And to do this, they need obviously nurses, so what they do, is they outsource them from outside companies, and these companies are called nurse staffing agencies.
And these nurse staffing agencies are always dying for the next nursing home, because an average one for them rents nurses for around ~100 hours every single week.
So if you do the math, 100 hours × 52 weeks, about 5,100 hours a year, and even at the cheapest pay of $18.62 an hour (because nurses get paid by hour) that's at least $95,000 a year going to the agency, from one single nursing home.

So here we can see, why nurse staffing agencies want nursing homes so badly. That is literally how they make money. So what we can do, is we sell a nurse staffing agency a nursing home, and we’re gonna charge $8,000 for it!

And $8,000 here makes sense because, if you calculate how much they can make, $8,000 is nothing compared to the $95,000 they could make from that nursing home. It doesn’t require any explanation, which means you’ll tend to face less resistance when it comes to getting paid up front.
