First which industry I’m going to go after?

I’m thinking commercial production… Why? Well because I genuinely think it’s probably the best and fastest way for somebody to get their first customer. The whole industry is like this:

You got a company, let’s say it’s Adidas. They want to sell a new shoe. But to sell it, they need something people can visually see: maybe an ad, a video, a TV commercial, CGI, animation, whatever.

Who makes this stuff? Well It’s a commercial production studio that creates the content.

The industry pays upfront with less resistance which is nice.

The commercial production studio already spends money trying to hunt for these companies, so you’re going to get less resistance when it comes to paying upfront, (which is really what matters after all) because they themselves require money before starting any kind of work. It’s usually something like 77% upon award, 25% upon delivery.

And because the company needing the content already has money set aside for it. No one is arguing over whether they need the video, the only question is who is going to make it.

So when you bring those two together, the commercial studio already spending money trying to find work, and the company already ready to spend money buying it, you get something beautiful: a stranger on the internet becoming a paid $5,000 customer.

There a two ways to do it,

Using the Claude Skill below, it pulls production companies, and also companies needing them, using hidden databases like AICP, UK production trade shows, and the USPTO trademark register. The USPTO one is especially useful because when a company is creating a new product, brand, game, app or collection, they register the name with the government before they actually launch and start promoting it. So when a new name appears there, it can tell you: this company is probably about to launch something, which means they’re about to need ads, videos, CGI, animation, product shots, or some other kind of production work.

It is also a weekly system, meaning you can rerun the whole thing every week and get a fresh batch again. (Roughly 2,000 a week have the actual founder’s own email on them!)

**Using ConnectorOS MCP,** basically the same thing, same playbook, same markets, same kind of data, it just does everything automatically in one go, a bit faster & saves time.

Opportunity #1: Jessica Liut, Baffin (the company buying production)

Here’s the message I sent:

Hey Jessica. I have vetted commercial production teams with live capacity right now.

Would love to send a fit your way.

Then she replies:
